Our Pinpoint GPS system from DICE software provides precise geographic locations to help emergency agencies (law enforcement, fire, and ambulance) with directions to municipal or remote locations. An identical redundant computer backs up our alarm automation computer system ensuring constant monitoring without interruption. Acadian On Watch tests this system weekly to ensure its complete functionality. On average, Acadian On Watch answers alarm signals in 30 seconds or less from the time the signal is received. This is faster than the U.L. required time of 60 seconds. With Acadian On Watch, alarm dealers can access client accounts from remote locations to monitor response times and service call inquiries. The World Wide Web and Acadian On Watch provide the subscriber the ability to access their account from home, work, or anywhere the web can be accessed. Customers can view their account and even submit changes to their contact list, vacation schedule or provide specific instructions for handling their account.
