Testimonials Michael Hagerman, Director of Patient Care Services Pro-Care Home Health "Acadian offered us a solution that required very little additional 'servicing' regarding monitoring patients and handling the tech side of a Telehealth system. They also offered us the ability to have 1 or 100 monitors in the field at any given time. As I anticipate 'growing' into Telehealth, this flexibility appealed to me. Faye Bryant is the best representative a company could have. She will be as thorough or as brief as you would like. I can get Faye on the phone anytime I try. I've never seen anything like it. Of course, the medics are there and knowledgeable, but again, I've never called and not talked to Faye when I had a question. When we've called with any issues, the monitoring support techs have been there and taken care of it within minutes. This isn't a call, sit on hold, talk to a voicemail, and pray they call back. These people actually exist on this planet. They actually answer their phones and actually can help you fix your problems. This is a great way to start as big or as small as you want in order to acclimate your agency and staff without a huge capital investment. You certainly can't go wrong here." Lanette Perkins, Telehealth Project Coordinator Partners in Home Care, Inc. "Partners in Home Care, Inc. of Missoula, Montana is one of three home health agencies receiving grant funds through HRSA and OAT (Office for the Advancement of Telehealth) to study telemonitoring in home health agencies. The three-year grant study will provide Congress with data to promote reimbursement of Medical-Medicaid patients for home health agencies utilizing telemonitors in home care. While investigating telemonitor vendors, we found most vendors were not able to meet the needs of small rural agencies. However, Acadian/Viterion partnered with four agencies to provide services meeting the needs of each agency...provided excellent customer service, greeting each agency with patient, friendly, and situation-focused education. Our network partners are currently planning for future equipment expansions and adding telemonitors related to success in monitoring their patients everyday without the extended travel mileage and time. They are recognizing the benefits of telemonitoring in less than one month of implementation of the telemonitors into their agencies."
