This allows the dealer & technicians to place account in test mode, add new accounts or make changes to existing accounts, view history, run reports, and many more options. Fax / Email: Reports can be scheduled to automatically send to the dealer via email or fax. PDA / Cell Phone access: Dealers and technicians can place accounts in test mode and view signal history from their PDA or WAP enabled or Windows mobile cell phones. Dealer Marketing Program: Acadian provides dealers with a third-party dealer marketing program that includes web site hosting and content management, email marketing, automated telephone robo calls, direct mail and other marketing and promotional aspects. This service is ideal for those dealers and integrators that have neither the time nor staff to manage their own branding and marketing programs. Dealer Education Services: Acadian offers dealers multiple education opportunities for dealers, from hosted seminars featuring various industry vendors and experts offering CEU credits, to regularly scheduled weekly and monthly webinars outlining our various service offerings and those of our partners and vendors. Dealer Billing Services: Acadian can bill its dealers’ subscribers directly, as well as perform accounts receivable functions and make collection efforts. Messaging: Messages and Pager notification services are available. Web Access: Subscribers have variable access to account information and event history. Reporting Services: Business can choose mail, email, fax, text message or Web Access to view reports on employee activity. |
